Last night, Tyler Perry and Halle Berry hosted the 40th NAACP Image Awards in L.A.
The awards honor achievements and performances of people of color in TV, film, music and literature.

Last night was a big night at The Shrine Auditorium in L.A. for NAACP Image Award winners.
Legendary boxer Mohammad Ali received the President's Award.
The biggest winners of the night were Jennifer Hudson, Jamie Foxx, Beyonce, Will Smith, Rosario Dawson, "The Secret Life of Bees" and "Slumdog Millionaire".

This is just absurd! How can Chris Brown still be up for an image award after he ruined his own image when he assaulted Rihanna!

Country music singer Brad Paisley seems to be on a roll this year!
Brad leads the nominees of the upcoming Academy of Country Music Awards with six nods!
He's up for the huge and fat Entertainer of the Year trophy! I guess Kenny Chesney must be in pain right now! He's won that title four years in a row!

Trace Adkins didn't win a Grammy, but I've got my hopes up for two ACM awards in his name!
The nominations were announced this morning and I was waiting to hear Trace Adkins' name and then his name popped up in two categories! Yeeha!

Miley Cyrus is probably going to get a load of green slime dumped on her head this March at the Kids Choice Awards! She won't be the only on though!
Miley shares the lead with Beyonce, The Jonas Brothers and Jim Carrey are also leading the nominations.

There were a few highlights for me from the 51st Grammy awards and I compiled a few photos of the stars i like most both from the red carpet arrivals and from the LIVE event itself.
I have to say i liked Carrie Underwood's dress on the red carpet and her short number when she performed 'Last Name'! She's got beautiful legs!
I also loved the duet of Miley and Taylor and i liked their gowns on the red carpet too.
