Madonna is ambassador for Judaism .. Rabbis Disgusted!

Loads of celebrities went to Israel to celebrate the Jewish new year there ... so, it wasn't much of a surprise seeing Madonna there too. She's like a 'big kahuna' when it comes to Kabbalah!
But, it was shocker when i heard that she announced herself an ambassador for Judaism to the world ... especially when she isn't Jewish!!
Madonna & her hubby Guy Richie went to Israel to attend a Kabbalah conference on the occasion of the Jewish new year. There she relaxed, attended the conference & made her dream come true; she celebrated the Jewish new year with President Shimon Perez!

Madonna Finds The Next ‘Big Shot’

Celebrity production companies are starting to pull their socks up and Madonna’s company Maverick is joining in and has teamed up with Madison Road Entertainment to look for the next ‘Big Shot’ which will also be the name of the show that begins this September! The idea is that the companies get sent videos of people who aspire to be actors, performers, magicians ... etc. and using a draw they put an assortment of these videos online where viewers, like you and me, can vote on their favourite!

Madonna: 25th Anniversary!

On the 24th of April 1982 Sire Records released the single ‘Everybody’ by an unknown female artist from Michigan. This artist is now the world renowned and amazing Madonna! Many have described Madonna as an inspiration and although I am very careful with who I find inspiring, I think the mere adoption of a child from Malawi is recognizable! ‘Everybody’ Madonna’s first single became a massive hit and was on radios and dance floors in 1982 and Madonna continued to amaze us with more of her fabulous music.

There were a few reports last week about Madonna was intending to go back to Malawi to adopt another child, but it seems these were only rumors.
It is true that Madonna is going back to Malawi, but that's not for purpose of adopting another child, but for some charity work she's been planning on doing.
Madonna's rep Liz Rosenberg said: "Madonna is indeed going to Africa to continue her work with the Raising Malawi organization. She is overseeing the building of a children's health care center."

Justin Timberlake has been busy working on some lyrics ... Not for him, but for Madonna!
JT was spotted with Madonna heading into a London studio yesterday, so it's not a rumor, this is serious!
He said it himself: "I have been working on some new music. But it's not for myself - I'm writing for other people. I'm working on some stuff for Madonna."
This means Madonna is working on a new album, which will be a collaboration between her & Timberlake ... I guess that songs are going to rock! I mean Madonna is genius & Timberlake's latest songs are fantabulous! So, the two getting together for an album will definitely be a smash hit! Cool!

Angelina Jolie on the Madonna Adoption

If you want to adopt a baby you should do your homework! & it seems according to Angelina Jolie, Madonna didn't do her homework properly!
And by speaking out on that issue, Angelina Jolie has officially entered the hot debate on Madonna's controversial adoption of Malawian baby David.
Jolie doesn't attack Madonna, but says that she would only take a child from a country where the rules on adoption are clearly defined.
Jolie told Gala magazine: "Madonna knew the situation in Malawi ... In this country, there is not really a legal framework for adopting ...

Studying Kabbalah doesn’t mean you can’t be a Christian or a Buddhist or a Muslim or a Jew or agnostic. It’s not a dogmatic religion. It’s kind of philosophy. I believe in Jesus and I study Kabbalah. So, I don’t see why he can’t too."

Madonna agreed to to talk to Oprah about the story of her adoption of little 13-month-old David from Malawi.
Things have become complicated & it has made headlines all over the world as The Adoption Controversy! Things need to be clarified, so Madonna appeared on The Oprah Show two days ago & tried to clear it all up by telling her side of the story.
She made it clear that what Yohane Banda is claiming lately is totally not true. He said that he was unaware that he was giving his son up for good by claiming that he was being attacked, prodded & hounded by the story-hungry media.
Madonna also incourages every capable person to go to Africa & see what she has seen & to go ahead & adopt a tiny child that might not have a chance to live a life & try their best to give him/her a better life.

Madonna's Mock Crucifixion to be Cut by NBC

Madonna’s ‘Confessions’ concert will air on NBC on November 22nd, on Thanksgiving eve. But … it will kinda’ get censored!
The scene of the crucifixion, where Madonna is shown on a mirrored cross wearing a crown of thorns, will not be shown during the NBC Special.
After getting threats of boycotts & a possible viewer backlash, Madonna & NBC have decided to trim shots of the controversial mock crucifixion from the upcoming Special.
That specific scene has been condemned as an act of hostility against the church. Some religious leaders even slammed Madonna for using such a holy religious symbol as a concert prop.

Madonna's Adopted Boy Arrives in London

The one-year-old boy from Malawi that Madonna decided to adopt, has arrived yesterday in London's Heathrow airport.
Madonna’s son, David Banda, flew via Johannesburg from Malawi overnight with a bodyguard & Madonna’s nanny & personal assistant.
Earlier this week, there was news that the boys dad had second thoughts about giving his son to Madonna, but it seems things went as planned.

Stop the Madonna Adoption!

As you know, Madonna is adopting a baby boy, David Banda, from the African country of Malawi. But human rights groups in Malawi have challenged the courts legal right to allow her to do so.
"We have taken the position that we must challenge and appeal against the decision made by the court to give Madonna an interim order to adopt a child from Malawi," said Justin Dzodzi, chairman of the Human Rights Consultative Committee.

It has been confirmed that Madonna has gone through with all the adoption procedures & has adopted a little African boy from Malawi.
A 13-month old baby boy was chosen from a group of orphaned kids. The little boy is called David & he was placed in an orphanage after his mother passed away shortly after his birth & his father couldn’t take care of him by himself.
The father of the boy said: I am the father of David, who has been adopted, I am very very happy because as you can see there is poverty in this village and I know he will be very well looked after in America.

The nation’s 13 million people are struggling with Aids and poverty. And Madonna, who is worth about $450 million, has decided to join a list of rich stars and donate $3 million on programs to erase poverty in Malawi.

According to Contact Music, Madonna & husband Guy Richie have made up their minds about adoption; they will adopt twins from an African orphanage.
The couple are planning to fly to poverty-stricken Malawi, south east Africa, to meet the president Bingu Wa Mutharika & finalise legal details with adoption lawyers.
It has been reported a while back, that the couple are thinking of having more kids & that adoption was a very strong option.

Madonna & Guy Ritchie on Tour Together

Pop singer Madonna's husband, film director Guy Ritchie, will be going on Madonna's upcoming tour with her. He will be doing a behind-the-scenes documentary of his wife's touring extravaganza and reportedly came up with the idea as the perfect way for the couple to not be apart and prevent strain on their marriage. Madaonna has always been keen on documenting her path to fame, and now that she's been successful staying in the public eye for decades, the Ritchie documentary will combine more than one passion!
