Mommy Katie Holmes took baby Suri for a day in Paris! What a day it was!
I mean, surely Suri won't remember the trip, but it's worth jotting it down in history ... cause it was a disaster!
What else could you say about a trip that consists of rainy weather shopping, buttery snacks, a ruined pair of heels and a Louvre nap?!
So, it all started with an hour at Dior's main shop on Avenue Montaigne ... that must have been really boring for Suri ... & it was raining dogs & cats outside!
Then it was diving into a croissant ... yup, that must have been deliciously fun!

They made an appearance for a dinner to raise money for a program Cruise co-founded in 2002, the New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project.
This program offers free treatment to emergency workers who suffer breathing difficulties and other health problems caused by exposure to toxins at ground zero after the 9/11 attacks.
The program takes about 30 days to complete ... where the worker is given vitamins and nutritional counseling and participates in daily exercise and sauna sessions.

I wondered a few weeks ago, if Katie Holmes will be starring in the upcoming Batman movie ... & if not, who will replace her ... well, it seems that Maggie Gyllenhaal is the one.
Maggie is in final talks to play Rachel Dawes in the sequel to Batman Begins, The Dark Knight.
This time, Batman will face his arch-nemesis, The Joker. As we all know, the Gotham district attorney, Harvey Dent will at some point make a transformation & become the villain Two Face!
Although i hate changing the actors for the sequels, i find that Katie & Maggie look alike! So, no problem!

It seems they are interested in a theme for the room that combines sports, nursery rhyme, cartoon & the color blue.

Last Saturday night, Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes weren't home in L.A. Taking care of baby Suri ... They were in Miami partying the night away!
Tom & Katie were at the Ocean Drive magazine & MarketAmerica.com pre-Super Bowl party in South Beach. Tom's son Connor, was also with them.
The couple weren't the only stars present at the party, there was also Scarlett Johansson, Tara Reid, Leah Remini & Stacy Keibler ... As for the performers, there was Fergie & The Black Eyed Peas, Marc Anthony & Jennifer Lopez.

Saturday night was part night again for Tom Cruise & new bride Katie Holmes & their friends & family.
The Cruise's held a post-wedding party at the L.A. home of Cruise's business partner, Paula Wagner.
The guest list included Jennifer Lopez & hubby Marc Anthony, Brooke Shields, Will Smith & Jada Pinkett Smith, who were all present at Tom & Katie's Italian wedding. As for the other guests who weren't present at the wedding in Rome, they include Steven Spielberg, Jerry Bruckheimer, Orlando Bloom, Dakota Fanning & Penelope Cruz. Katie Holmes' mom & dad were also there.
Hmm ... Where was Victoria Beckham? I thought she would be one of the first to be there?
The guests enjoyed appetizers & champagne in the company of Tom, Katie & Paula Wagner.
According to young actress Dakota Fanning, the party was fun & the atmosphere was so friendly.

It has been reported last week, that Victoria is house hunting on the same street as the Cruise compound. Posh is currently staying at a hotel in L.A. & that's where Katie went to meet her.

It seems Tom Cruise has realized what a fat mistake he'd done by taking his BF David Miscavige & 7-month-old daughter Suri along on his honeymoon! Not only that, but the weather in the Maldives wasn't that helpful either! So, he basically owes Katie Holmes a second honeymoon.
Tom & Katie are indeed planning a second honeymoon for the two of them only ... Suri will stay with the family in the US as they head to a romantic & exotic location.
Rumor has it that the couple have booked a holiday in Tahiti, at the $15000 a night Le Taha’a Private Island and Spa.
Hmm ... This will definitely be a real honeymoon!

After 20 days of gold sun, silver sand & crystal clear water in the Maldives, Tom Cruise & new wife Katie Holmes returned home from their honeymoon.
The new couple & their baby daughter Suri were spotted yesterday at Male International Airport in the Maldives as they prepared to fly home in Tom's private Gulfstream jet.
Tom was dressed casually in jeans & Katie had on a great strapless top & white Victoria Beckham jeans. As for Suri, she was dressed in a cute & tiny white dress, with matching socks & shoes!
The couple spent their exotic Maldives honeymoon island hopping in Tom's friend's yacht, The Arctic P.

I know! I am driving you crazy with the Tom & Katie wedding blabber! But I can't help it!
Good Morning America have an exclusive photo from inside the castle ... a photo of Tom & Katie's first kiss as husband & wife!
You can see that the ceremony was heald in what seems to have been the castle stables & you can see the invitees seated.
This kiss, which took place after Tom & Katie exchanged vows, lasted a long 3 minutes! According to Armani, the kiss was so long, that some guests shouted 'Stop! Stop!'

Mr. & Mrs. Cruise in The Maldives

After a fairy tale wedding with friends & family, Mr. & Mrs. Cruise left Italy to go on a much awaited honeymoon!
The two headed to The Maldives Sunday morning & are now enjoying a calm & hopefully paparazzi free vacation.
Tom & Katie must have booked one of the many luxury resorts in The Maldives ... I wonder which one?
Could it be Huvafen Fushi? ... 43 naturally-modern bungalows & the world's first underwater spa? ... or is it the Four Seasons Resorts? Like the the one in Kuda Huraa ... it's fully booked & no way to make any reservation until after the 24th of November! -I checked that out- ... What do you think?

They're Married! Tom & Katie Wedding Details

CONGRATULATIONS! Tom & Katie are now officially Mr. & Mrs. Cruise!
So, there are more wedding details available now ... here they are:
Katie was walked down down the aisle by her dad, Martin.
The ceremony was as expected, a Scientology ceremony performed by a Scientology minister.
The best man was Tom Cruise's best friend David Miscavige, who is the head of the Church of Scientology. While Katie's matron of honor was her sister Nancy Blaylock.
Now, what was the Bride & Groom wearing ?? ... Katie's gown, which has been designed by Armani, is an off-the-shoulder gown with a train in ivory silk adorned in Valenciennes lace & Swarovski beaded crystal embroidery.
Katie also wore an ivory tulle floor-length veil & ivory silk shoes.
Tom, on the other hand, wore an Armani navy blue tux.
What about the wedding cake? ... Yum Yum! It was a five-tiered white chocolate cake, decorated with marzipan roses & studded with white chocolate chips.

Let's see what happened since Katie Holmes arrived at the castle at 2.15 ...
Two hours after she & Suri arrived, Tom Cruise pulled up.
That was when the candles at the top of the castle were lit ... i bet it's going to give a stunning view when the sun sets.
At around 6.00 pm, the A-list guests started to arrive; first it was Brooke Shields in a Ralph Lauren velvet dress, then she was followed by Jennifer Lopez in a nude, open neckline dress with her hubby Marc Anthony ...

This morning loads of school kids have ditched their classes to go & huddle in front of the Odescalchi castle, where Tom & Katie's wedding party are expected to drive up in a convoy of limousines in a couple of hours.
The first of the celebrities to arrive was Victoria Beckham, she arrived dressed in elegant Gucci; a cropped black fur jacket, black skinny pants, pointy boots & oversized sunglasses.

Ok ... The big event is only hours away! But there are a few details about the ceremony that have been made clear.
First of all, Andrea Bocelli announced that he WON'T be singing at Tom & Katie's wedding, he said that he's just an ordinary invitee just like all others. So, that was a rumor!
Second of all, It will be difficult for anyone traveling on the roads to & from the town of Bracciano, because road signs outside the town warn drivers that the center of town is to be closed to traffic all day Saturday.

Regarding this Oprah says: "It's not that I'm not going, it's that they had a limited number of people that they could invite. I was not one of the invitees. That's fine. I don't get invited to everyone's wedding. I don't invite them to everything I do. But I wish them the best."

Cruise & Holmes Arrive in Rome

Just a few day away from their much awaited wedding, Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes arrive in the Italian capital Rome. The couple arrived on Monday at Rome's Ciampino Airport & where immediately whisked away to the luxury hotel Hassler Rome.
Cruise's kids, Isabella & Conner, were also with Tom & Katie.
Also accompanying the couple was their tiny 7-month-old daughter Suri.

It has been reported that the famous & blind Italian tenor Andrea Boccelli is going to perform at the upcoming wedding ceremony of Tom Cruise & Kaite Holmes.
According to a friend of Bocelli: "They asked him to sing because Katie particularly likes Ave Maria. It will give the ceremony a Catholic religious element, which is important to her."

Sue Fleming, the owner of Buff Brides, reportedly announced that Katie Holmes decided to use her program, with the help of a personal trainer who has licensed the Buff Brides fitness regimen. Fleming has written fitness books for brides, moms and moms-to-be.

Meanwhile, the dress may be all ready, but polls are running about whether Katie's parents should boycott the wedding. They are reportedly really outraged of the involvement by the Church of Scientology, rather than in the Catholic tradition. Some have said the family Holmes is threatening not to show up for the wedding to try to convince Katie to have a proper Catholic ceremony, even if she does go through the Scientology program also.

No, she hadn’t lost it! But she has finally found the dream dress that she will wear in her much awaited wedding to Tom Cruise!
While in Paris last week, People Magazine caught up with the star while she was on a shopping trip & she told them that she has finally found the wedding dress she wants!
"I already have my dress," Holmes told People while touring Paris.
She might have chosen a Chanel -that's the rumor- … but according to many sources, she’ll fit into anything & will look great!
Katie left the city of light on Saturday but didn’t go home to the States, she headed to Lake Como in Italy … I wonder why? Maybe searching for a wedding destination!?

The two, who have been friends for about a year now, will spend two days in Paris shopping, indulging in beauty treatments & watching fashion shows.
It seems Posh wanted to give Katie a breather from Tom & Suri; a little treat is never too much. Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper reports: "Victoria & Katie have grown really close in recent months & they've been in touch every few days since Suri was born. Victoria thought Katie could do with a couple of days of 'me' time to indulge herself. They are both very excited about the trip."

American tabloid magazine Celebrity Living has published a report that the date has been set for the wedding of Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes.
It reports that the much awaited wedding will be on July 4th 2006, Yes, on Independence Day!
It is also one day after Tom's 44th birthday and approximately three months after Katie is set to deliver her baby.
The report also claims, that TomKat will tie the knot at the Scientology center in Los Angeles in a four-day celebration.

Tom Cruise has bought an ultrasound machine so that he can give his pregnant fiancée Katie Holmes a sonogram whenever he wants to see an image of their unborn baby.

According to BBC Online, Cruise said the device - which costs up to $200 000 - will be donated to a hospital when they have finished with it. Tom Cruise didn't say where he got it, or if he'll have trained technicians at home to help run it.
