Ever since Anna Nicole died and we discovered who the father of her little girl Dannielynn is, everybody has been asking about her will and now it’s time for the world to know who she left her estate to! Reports indicate that Anna left around $850,000 to her son who died shortly before her Daniel. Now a new war has emerged between Larry Birkhead, Dannielynn’s father, and Howard K Stern who claimed to be Anna’s lover.

Last Tuesday, Larry Birkhead & his baby daughter Dannielynn arrived in Kentucky from the Bahamas ... it's a huge step for the photographer who has come a long way since he started his fight to prove that he is the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter.
Birkhead is looking forward to introducing Dannielynn to his family in Louisville, he says: "It just feels good to be home." But he isn't sure if he's going to settle down in Louisville, he says: "This is one pit stop."

At Last! Anna Nicole Smoth's baby daughter Dannielynn now carried the family name of her biological father, Birkhead.
A new birth certifiacte was issued for the baby yesterday & it states her name as Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead ... not Stern.
As for the appeal filed by Anna Nicole's mom, Virgie Arthur, to stop Birkhead from taking his daughter home to the U.S. , well she lost it! Ha Ha!
One judge even called Arthur's appeal 'weak' and ordered her to pay $3.000 in attorney fees for wasting the court's time!
As for Howard K. Stern, who was also present at the hearing, he said he would support Larry for as long as it takes.

Virgie Arthur Stands in Larry Birkhead's Way! Again!

Larry Birkhead struggled to be able to take baby Dannielynn to the U.S. ... Now guess who's standing in his way? ... None other than Virgie Arthur!!! Again!
Virgie filed an appeal to block Larry Birkhead's ability to take baby Dannielynn with him to the U.S.
Birkhead had gotten a court order that he can take his daughter Dannielynn back home with him, on the condition that they return for a June 9 custody hearing ... but ofcourse, Arthur has objected to a judge's ruling!

Howard K. Stern Sues Virgie Arthur's Attorney

Howard K. Stern filed a lawsuit on Friday against the attorney of Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur.
Stern accused him of suggesting to reporters that Stern was responsible for Smith's sudden death in February.
This refers to the interview that the attorny gave to Fox News' Greta Van Susteren. He said that Arthur believed that Stern had murdered her daughter. He also implied on MSNBC that Stern was a little to eager to get a glimpse at Smith's will in the days leading up to her death.

It's official! It's finally over! -Kinda'- Larry Birkhead is the biological father of baby Dannielynn, Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter.
The DNA results were unveiled inside the court in the Bahamas & it's a DNA match for Birkhead & Dannielynn. His words said it all: "I told you so."
Gosh! I believed him since day one ... he knew he was the dad & insisted on going after this case till the end.
Well, i said that it's kinda' finally over, because there is still the custody issue to take care of, Birkhead cannot take Dannielynn with him to L.A. just yet ... things have to be settled especially that Virgie Arthur is expected to start a custody fight!

Howard K. Stern Won't Fight for Custody

When the real biological father of Dannielynn is revealed tomorrow, Howard K. Stern will do all that is in the best interest of baby Dannielynn.
So, what does that exactly mean? It means that if it turns out that Larry Birkhead is the biological father of Dannielynn, then Stern will not fight for custody of her.
According to a statement on TMZ, Stern's love for her will not change, irrespective of the results. Howard will act in Dannielynn's best interest, because he loves her and would want a smooth transition to protect her, as she is deeply bonded to those who have been with her since birth.

Howard K. Stern Drops DNA Appeal

Howard K. Stern wanted so bad to stop this DNA problem ... he filed an appeal to stop the results of the DNA testing ... but his plan didn't work!
His challenge was about to be refused by the court when he decided to withdraw his appeal.
All three judges at the Court of Appeal noted that Stern had filed his challenge too late & should have raised his objections before the Supreme Court ordered DNA testing in the paternity challenge filed by Larry Birkhead.

Howard K. Stern is Only Stalling!

If Howard K. Stern was totally & 100% sure that he & no other man is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby Dannielynn, then why the heck is he stalling the results of the DNA tests!?

Anna Nicole Smith Died of Accidental Drug Overdose

Now there's no mystery as to what killed Anna Nicole Smith ... Today morning, it has been revealed that Smith died six weeks ago of 'accidental drig overdose' according to Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper & Seminole Police Chief.
The results of Dr. Perper's autopsy, show that there were several drugs in Smith's system, but it is clear that all those drugs were of therapeutic character.

Last night, two handwritten Anna Nicole Smith diaries, were sold on eBay for $512.500 Thursday night.
A German businessman is now the proud owner of two diaries from 1992 & 1994.
Some of the stuff written in those diaries is amazing! Some entries show that she really cared about her late husband Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II. Anna wrote: "My husband is very sick and very weak. I wait each hour to comfort him with medicines and prayers".

At last the fog surrounding Anna Nicole Smith's death will vanish! Or at least, that's what i hope for!
Next Monday & in a press conference, medical examiner Joshua Pepper will release Anna's autopsy report.
The report was supposed to be released last month, but after the police provided the medical examiner with extra evidence, he postponed it.
In February, Pepper revealed that he ruled out any kind of physical injuries, such as blunt-forced trauma, gunshot wound, stab wounds or asphyxia as a cause of death, but added he saw something that looked a little bit unusual in Anna's heart.

How ridiculous could things get when it comes to Anna Nicole Smith's whole paternity case? ... The answer is very ridiculous!
Would you believe that Florida judge Lawrence Korda, who heard evidence on the DNA paternity test of Smith's baby Dannielynn, was arrested on charges of possessing marijuana!
Judge Korda was chilling out, smoking a bowl at a Park in Hollywood in Florida yesterday, when two officers "smelled marijuana in the air" and their noses lead to Judge Korda sitting on a bench, allegedly smoking the weed.
According to TMZ, the offense is punishable by a maximum of 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.

What's on Anna Nicole Smith's Computer?

It's been predicted that the files on Anna Nicole Smith's computer would have extra leads that would clarify the fog surrounding her death.
It seems that the investigators responsible for her case have gotten their hands on her computer at last.
Smith's computer had been removed from her Bahamas home after her death ... But who removed it?
According to Howard K. Stern, Smith's computer got stolen along with a bunch of other things & important papers when the house got robbed after Anna's death.
But according to TMZ, the computer has a few emails on it from Anna to her doctors, emails about drugs!

Big Moe Reveals Details About Anna Nicole Smith's Last Day

It seems that Anna Nicole Smith's bodyguard Big Moe knows a bit more about the circumstances of Smith's death ... And he talked to the police about it.
According to Moe, Anna was on heavy medication the day she died, she took flu medicine & antibiotics.
Moe also told the police that in the months leading up to Anna's death, Howard K. Stern gave her some types of drugs ... Moe doesn't know which kinds, but as he puts it: "Anna was in a cloud."

At last Anna Nicole Smith is laid to rest in the Bahamas just as she would've wanted ... a bit late, but just as she wished.
Pink flowers lined the aisle & adorned the altar, country singer Joe Nichols performed two of Anna's favorite songs & she was dressed up in a pink couture gown emblazoned with a heart to signify that she died of a broken heart, wore a tiara & clutching an urn containing the ashes of her late husband, J. Howard Marshall II ... whom she wanted to be buried with!
Then at the cemetery, she was laid to rest next to her son Daniel ... a flock of doves was released ...

At last ... the body of Anna Nicole Smith's body was taken to The Bahamas this morning for a funeral at Mount Horeb Baptist Church.
Both Howard K. Stern & Larry Birkhead were present ... as well as Smith's mom Virgie Arthur, who arrived a bit late because she insisted on filing an emergency legal motion in the Bahamas courts trying to halt the burial of her daughter in the islands ... but luckily it was rejected!
The color theme of the funeral was pink! Stern wore a pink ribbon, Birkhead wore a pink tie, Smith's casket was drapped in pink & the flowers inside the church were pink & white all over.

Could it be that Anna Nicole Smith died of a terminal illness ... & not from anything drug related?
A longtime friend of Anna Nicole Smith broke the news to ET Tonight about a secret than Anna had told him a couple of years ago.
Frank Rodriguez claims that Anna revealed to him that she suffered from Lupus. He also believes that Anna died due to complications from Lupus. He said: "Her whole body would ache. She would just shut down, basically; she would sleep for days. It was frightening at times, the seizures. She went into seizures a lot. She would black out a lot of the times. It's been too long ... Anna Nicole Smith should be buried as fast as possible! This isn't right!
Anna Nicole Smith's life drama is still ongoing now that she's dead! A few days ago, the judge ordered all parties to come together to bury Smith in the Bahamas next to her son Daniel ... The video was shot with a camera by Howard K. Stern, you can hear him talking to Anna during the video.
But what's strange is that Anna seems to be stoned! Because she's stuttering & stammering & seems to be slow in understanding what Howard is saying to her. She also has her face painted like a clown!

Anna Nicole Smith's bodyguard Moe, was the last person to see her in that hotel room before she passed away.
Now Moe tells ETOnline about Anna Nicole's spirit after the death of her son Daniel & what he thinks killed Anna Nicole.
According to Moe, Smith was sinking in a very dark depression ... but the only person that lit up her eyes was baby Dannielynn. Moe says: "The depression was unreal, The only thing that gave her any ray of hope and light was DANNIELYNN. I felt that if she were to pass away, it probably would have been where Dannielynn was nowhere around."

Ok, so it all comes down to what Anna Nicole Smith's will contains ... To whom does all her money go?
Well, Anna Nicole Smith's will names longtime companion Howard K. Stern as her executor & states that Stern should be given the property from her estate to hold in trust for Smith's son, who has since died.
But !!! There's a twist! The attorney for Smith's mother says the will is not valid because it wasn't filed in any court.
Nothing is clear now about anything yet! ... & the legal fight over where to bury her & who gets custody of her baby, will resume Tuesday.

Is Anna Nicole Smith Really Decomposing ?!

Anna Nicole Smith left this world & left a whole big mess behind her ... Who is the real father of baby Dannielynn? ... not only are there 2 names on that list, but more are popping up!
To whom does all her money go? ... & most importantly at the moment, when will her body be released & to whom? In addition to when will she be buried?
Her body is now at the morgue & a Florida judge has ordered that Anna Nicole Smith's body not be released until a DNA test can be performed.
But the problem is, if her body is not embalmed soon, it will not be suitable for viewing or funeral purposes because it might already started decomposing!

Autopsy Report : Anna Nicole Smith

As previously mentioned, an autopsy on Anna Nicole Smith's body was scheduled for the morning of Friday 9th ... the autopsy report states that there's no evidence of foul play & that no traces of pills (drugs) were found in her stomach. Physical trauma, gunshot woonds, asphyxia (strangling via force or vomit) or evident chemical factors were also ruled out.

The exact words of the medical examiner were: "The autopsy was able to exclude any kind of physical injuries such as blunt force trauma, gunshot wound, stab wounds or asphyxia as a cause of death, the contributory cause of death or a hastening cause of death."

What Killed Anna Nicole Smith?

All through the night, i was thinking of what might have caused Anna Nicole Smith's death ... the first thing that came to mind was suicide & drugs ...
This morning, as i was reading the news, i came across several different reports;
- Access Hollywood reports that when an employee of Anna Nicole Smith found her in her hotel room, she appeared to have choked on her own vomit.
- On the other hand, WCBS-TV reports that investigators found illegal narcotics as well as prescription medications in Anna Nicole Smith's room at the Hard Rock Hotel ... Only an autopsy & a toxicology report would determine whether those drugs caused her death.

I'm not sure if this is only a rumor or not -No, It's not a rumor- ... but it seems that Anna Nicole Smith has passed away after she was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital ... She was unconscious & there were attempts to revive her, but it seems they didn't work! She was 39 ...
Gosh! She was fine yesterday! ... What happened?
What is this? Suicide? ... Overdose? ... I don't know what to say! I feel sorry for baby Dannielynn ...

Anna Nicole Smith Hospitalized after Collapsing!

This is sorta' breaking news! According to officials at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida, Anna Nicole Smith collapsed there today. It seems her bodyguard found her passed out on the floor in her room & so an ambulance was called in.
Emergency responders performed CPR at the scene & a breathing apparatus was inserted in her throat. Anna Nicole was immediately transported to Memorial Regional Hospital.

Anna Nicole Smith's Daughter's DNA Tests Delayed

The judge that ordered Anna Nicole Smith to submit her daughter for a paternity test, has delayed the court hearing, which was set for the 24th of January & has scheduled a follow-up hearing for February 7th.
Smith's attorney Ron Rale said: "Today 'Tuesday' the court ruled that the collection of DNA samples may not go forward at this time. This has nothing to do with Anna Nicole refusing to comply with court orders."
It seems that Smith's lawyers' arguing that the order requiring the test was never brought before a Bahamian judge worked!

In sealed court documents filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Laurie Payne, a woman who met Anna Nicole Smith in July, 2005 & also spent considerable time with Anna Nicole during her pregnancy, claims that the Smith confessed to her in phone calls & instant messages that Larry Birkhead is the real father of her baby girl.
According to a sworn declaration obtained by TMZ, Payne, who signed the document under penalty of perjury, adds that Smith told her that, before her pregnancy with Dannielynne, she miscarried an unborn baby, also fathered by Birkhead.

Anna Nicole Smith got hospitalized yesterday in the Bahamas after getting under the weather!
It seems the Bahamas got a sudden weather change & Anna Nicole got pneumonia.
It isn't that serious, but she had to be taken to hospital as a precautionary measure because she recently gave birth.
Her new attorney, Wayne Munroe, said: "She has a slight case of pneumonia. We've had a sudden change of weather here due to a cold snap."

At last we will hear Anna Nicole Smith's side of the story.
Entertainment Tonight have got the first sit-down interview with Anna Nicole since the tragic death of her 20-year-old son, Daniel, last month.
ET reporter Mark Steines is the first & only reporter allowed inside her Bahamian compound since the death of Daniel & the birth of Dannielynn.
Steines describes Anna Nicole as calmer, sadder, a bit broken, yet looking quite beautiful. He also says that she was a very gracious host in the midst of these dramatic times.

According to them, Daniel was brought in a gold hearse & the ceremony featured an open casket.

Daniel Smith Buried in the Bahamas

After 40 days of his death, Daniel Smith was finally laid to rest yesterday in the Bahamas.
It seems he was buried during an intimate ceremony at the Lake View cemetery wearing a trucker cap, t-shirt & blue jeans. This outfit was apparently his favorite. Rest In Peace Daniel.
According to ET Online, Anna Nicole Smith was wearing a black dress designed for her by the same person who designed her wedding dress for her wedding to Howard K. Stern.
It also seems that Anna Nicole Smith is going to stay in the Bahamas permanently! There’s no sign that she’s going to leave soon.

Howard K. Stern listed as Father of Dannielynn

According to the birth certificate of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby girl Dannielynn, Howard K. Stern is the Father.
The birth certificate issued by the Registrar General's office in Nassau, The Bahamas, identifies the child as Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, born on Sept. 7 in the Doctors Hospital in Nassau on the island of New Providence.
It also states that the father is Howard K. Stern.
Howard K. Stern, who is Anna Nicole’s Smith's longtime attorney & confidante, went on Larry King Live a couple of weeks ago & announced that he was the father of the baby.
But Larry Birkhead came out & announced that that couldn’t be true because he is sure he is the father of the baby.

Service for Daniel Smith in Texas

In the small town of Mexia, Texas, friends & family gathered Saturday at First Baptist Church to attend a memorial service for Daniel Smith, son of Anna Nicole Smith & her former husband Billy Smith.
Billy Smith attended the service, but Anna Nicole didn’t & Daniel’s body wasn’t brought to Mexia for the service.
Billy Smith still lives in Mexia & looked grief-stricken during & after the service. He hasn’t seen his son since he was 2 years old, but he has nothing against Anna Nicole.
Anna Nicole & Bill Smith married in 1985, when he was 16 & she was 17, & divorced two years later.

So, what the heck is this strange & silly ceremony -or fake wedding as some like to call it- that Smith & Stern have gone through with a few days ago? The two exchanged vows & Bible verses as well as temporary rings!

Toxicology Results of Daniel Smith

The reason for Daniel Smith's death has been revealed.
The much awaited toxicology report, shows that there was a lethal combination of drugs that caused cardiac dysrhythmia.
Pathologist Cyril Wecht revealed to People exclusively: The death of Anna Nicole Smith's 20-year-old son Daniel was caused by a lethal combination of methadone, Zoloft and Lexapro, & the low levels of each drug suggest he did not die from an overdose.
Wecht, who got the toxicology results from National Medical Services in Willow Grove, Pa. yesterday, said the drugs caused the cardiac dysrhythmia that led to Daniel's death.

On Larry King Live yesterday, Howard K. Stern revealed that he is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter.
Stern told Larry King that he believes he’s the father of the baby due to the timing of the baby’s conception.
As for a DNA test to verify that Stern is really the father, he said he didn't commit to one! -So, how is he 100% sure that he's the dad, when Larry Birkhead insists that he's the dad!-
But, he says that he's ready to take a DNA test if he's legally compelled to do so.

Ok! This is strange! A few weeks back, it was reported that Anna Nicole Smith named her new born baby Hannah. Now, Anna's lawyer Howard K. Stern reveals on the Larry King Live that the baby girl is called Danilynne.

Daniel Smith's Death Related to Accidental Drug Interaction

Dr. Cyril Wecht, the pathologist who was hired by Anna Nicole Smith & signed Daniel Smith's death certificate has gone on the record concerning Daniel's sudden death.
Dr. Wecht, went on the Larry King Live show on CNN & told the world what he really thinks, that Daniel might have died of a drug-related death of an accidental nature.
He said: It is possible we might be dealing with one of those tragic and cumulative and drug-related deaths where somebody inadvertently takes two or three different kinds of drugs, each of which has a central nervous system effect.

In Touch magazine paid as much as $400,000 for the print exclusive on photos, and the Paramount-produced television shows “Entertainment Tonight” and “The Insider” forked over an estimated $250,000 for the TV exclusive.

Daniel Smith was on Medication

According to the autopsy performed by Forensic pathologist Cyril Wecht, Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel was being treated for depression that began about 4-6 weeks earlier.
Wecht clarifies that he does not know whether the medication played any role in Daniel's death.
Wecht also emphasised what the Bahamian coroner said, that only the toxicology report would show what exactly killed Daniel Smith.

Smith Hires Cyril Wecht For Second Autopsy

Anna Nicole Smith doesn't seem to be happy with the first autopsy done on her late son Daniel, so she has decided to hired a very famous pathologist who was consulted in the death investigations of Elvis Presley to perform a second autopsy on her son.
It has been reported that 75-year-old Cyril Wecht is planning on examining Daniel Smith's remains today sunday on behalf of the family.
No details will be announced about the circumstances of Daniel's death until the filing of criminal charges on October 23rd.
Witnesses including Anna Nicole Smith, hospital staff & others who saw her son are expected to be summoned.

Anna Nicole Smith Names Her Daughter Hannah

Ok, nothing is official yet, but rumor has it that Anna Nicole Smith named her new week-old daughter Hannah.
Smith gave birth to her baby girl by C-section on September 7th in the Bahamas.

More About Daniel Smith's Death

Each day a bit more information is being revealed about the mysterious death of Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel.
More details have been discovered by the coronor who now knows what killed Daniel Wayne Smith, but she is awaiting a toxicology report to confirm the findings.
The coronor said there was at least one other person in the room when Smith died: "I can confirm that there was definitely a third person in the room at the time of death and I do know who that person is, but I am unwilling to reveal that information at this time for various reasons."

Well, there is a new report about the death of Anna Nicole Smith's 20-year-old son Daniel.
Daniel was found dead in his mother’s room, sitting on a chair. It seems that no cause of death can be determined without an autopsy & Friday is the likely release date for the autopsy & toxicology report.
Officials in the Bahamas –where Daniel died- now rule out that the death was of natural causes.
Other reports from many sources reveal a few details about how the last minutes of Daniel’s life were like; he checked on his mom & his new baby sister & then left them alone. There is some gossip about him then having a fit of some sort & vomiting & spattered blood! I am not sure of these details, so we’re going to have to wait till Friday for the real thing.
But in all cases, this is a very sad time for Anna Nicole Smith … I really feel bad for her.

Anna Nicole Smith, Daughter Born, Son Dies

The 20-year-old son of Anna Nicole Smith died suddenly in the Bahamas on Sunday; three days after the former Playboy Playmate gave birth to a girl.

"We have yet to learn the cause of death but do not believe that drugs or alcohol were a factor," Stern said in the statement. "Anna Nicole is absolutely devastated by the loss of her son. He was her pride and joy and an amazing human being."

Daniel Smith was in the Caribbean nation where his mother, 38, gave birth to a healthy girl on Thursday, Stern said.

He appeared in "The Anna Nicole Show," a reality TV series that aired on the E! Cable channel.

Smith has not said who fathered her second child.
