The super-sexy couple Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt arrived at the red carpet of the Venice Festival yesterday for Brad's movie 'Jesse James'.
Hundreds of fans waited outside the Palazzo del Cinema to catch a glimpse of Jolie & Pitt. Turns out, they've gotten the biggest turn-out at the festival so far!
Jolie & Pitt were at ease & so down to earth as they signed autographs for their fans. They laughed and joked with one another as if they were strolling idly down the street!

After returning from her visit to Iraq & Syria, Angelina Jolie took her kids to the zoo for a fun day!

I reckon Angelina Jolie is a brave one! Sure, part of her job as a Goodwill ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees is to visit poor & war-stricken areas in the world, but it takes guts to go to Iraq these days!
Jolie is in the Middle East on a two-day trip, where Iraq & Syria are on the schedule.
She met with displaced Iraqis in Syria on Monday before venturing into Iraq for a few hours today to see firsthand the suffering of hundreds of thousands of families.
I guess this is one way of drawing attention to the condition of the Iraqi refugees.

As i waited for the photos of Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt as they attended the world premiere of Pitt's movie Ocean's Thirteen in Cannes, i was pretty sure that Jolie would wear a black or grey dress ... what she wore was totally unexpected!
Angelina showed up, on the arm of Brad Pitt, in a stunning long yellow gown by Emanuel Ungaro. YELLOW!
It has been such a long time since we've seen Angelina in something other than black, grey or dark brown! This is a feast for the eyes!
She wore her hair down, but pulled up from the temple & wore very little jewelry ... Chopard jewelry!
I guess, this means yellow is IN this summer!

Angelina Jolie has said once before that she's willing to take some time off to take care of her kids & spend some quality time with them at home ... well, she's said it again!
Jolie says that after finishing work on 'Wanted' she's going to take on another movie for a couple of months, then she's going to take a whole year off.

Angelina Jolie & lover-boy Brad Pitt made an appearance today at a press conference to discuss Jolie's movie A Mighty Heart.
The couple arrived in matching colors 'grey' & were hand in hand as they stepped into the scene of the conference.
Although they were not sitting next to each other on the dais, they were very much in sync & connected through eye language!
During the conference, Angelina was asked a question about the movie, she answered, then Brad was asked what he though of the issue, but it seems he was so immersed in her words that he forgot what the question was!
He smiled at the reporter & said: "I was wafting in the words of what’s-her-name" ... making the whole room laugh. That's so cute!

They jetted off from Prague with their four kids with them, to arrive at the French city for their part in the Cannes Film Festival.
The super couple have booked four suites at the Hotel du Cap, costing them around 9.000 pounds a night! But i don't think that's a problem for them!

Jolie was in Washington yesterday seeking more US government funding for programs supporting orphans and vulnerable children around the world.

There are so many reports all over the net about a new yacht that Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt have ordered from the luxury shipbuilder Privilege Yard SpA.
But I'm not so sure about those reports ... & here's why:
Some reports say that the yacht costs $268 million , while others say it costs $138 million ... & i think in both cases that too much! I don't think Brangelina would spend that much on a yacht! They're too sensible!
There are even details about what the supposedly 85-meter-long yacht will include ... two 300-square-meter apartments & two 150-square-meters guest suites!

Angelina Jolie Back to Work on St. John

Angelina Jolie has been hiding since she came back home to L.A. & brought back the family's latest addition 3-year-old Pax Thien. I was wondering what might Jolie be doing nowadays ... It seems she has been busy with shooting St. John ads again.
During last week she was spotted on the set of the newest St. John ad campaign.
On another note, I came across this candid photo -in black & white- of Angelina, her brother James Haven & their dad actor John Voight in the old days. Check it out.

The tabloid magazines are angry at Angelina Jolie because she gives exclusivity to PEOPLE magazine for the photos of her kids. I guess she's free to give the photos to whatever magazine she likes! That's her business!
I mean, why would she give rights to magazines like Star for example ... they publish rumors! Rumors that do harm & are total fabrications!

Jolie & Pitt Tighten Security on Pax

After the reports about the planned kidnapping of Pax Thien, Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt have tighten the household security on the kids.
Both Jolie & Pitt are worried & aren't sleeping because they want to keep their eyes on their kids.
The plot seemed to have been planned by a gang who are highly skilled operatives, that wanted to kidnap Pax Thien as he & Jolie left Vietnam. They also wanted to demand a $50 Million ransom!
According to The Sun newspaper, a friend of Jolie told them that 'Angelina isn't sleeping and barely eats. She doesn't let the kids out of her sight."

Angelina Jolie is set to play the role of an assassin in the movie Wanted, an adaptation of a US graphic novel.
Wanted is about a young man who discovers that his murdered father was an assassin. His dad's partner, played by Morgan Freeman, offers him the opportunity to seek revenge by joining the group of killers his father belonged to. Jolie will play one of those assassins.

Angelina Jolie is still working on the needed papers for her newly adopted son Pax Thien, so that she can take him back home with her.
Angelina arrived in Hanoi today to meet with U.S. embassy officials to apply for a visa for Pax, so she can take him with her to the states.
She is expected to leave Hanoi on Wednesday.
Angelina was spotted by photographers at the airport in Hanoi & dodged reporters on her way from the airport after flying from Ho Chi Minh City.
After all the papers & procedures are done, Angelina Jolie & Pax Thein will at last head home to the states.

It's official! Angelina Jolie has adopted little 3-year-old boy Pax Thien.
If you're wondering what his name means, it's Peaceful Sky; Pax is peace in Latin & Thien is sky in Vietnamese.
Jolie's reps revealed that she took custody of the child yesterday Thursday in Vietnam & they will stay there for another week while the child's American passport is issued.

Angelina Jolie to Arrive in Vietnam for Adoption Process

Angelina Jolie is expected to arrive in Vietnam tonight to finish up the process of adopting a 3-year-old boy.
Jolie will supposedly attend a ceremony with Vietnamese officials in Ho Chi Minh city on Thursday, after which she will receive the kid & will meet with U.S. Officials for issuing a passport for the boy.
If things go as planned, Jolie might be able to bring the boy back home by Sunday. But before that, she will pay a visit to the Tam Binh orphanage to see the children there & play with them.

But i wonder why AJ filed the papers as a single parent, while Brad Pitt is the adoptive father of her son Maddox & daughter Zahara?
Shouldn't they both be the parents of the new kid?

Hey! I was waiting to see Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie hand in hand on the red carpet at the Oscars' arrivals! Where were they?
Well, believe it or not, Angelina Jolie missed The Oscars to be in Africa! Yup! She went there yesterday to monitor & raise awareness of the humanitarian crisis in the Darfur region of Sudan.
All this is part of her role as United Nations Goodwill Ambassador.
Jolie will be staying in Africa for a few days, four or five & she is due to visit refugee camps near the border of Sudan. Wow!
As for Brad Pitt, he's in New Orleans ... Taking care of the kids & working on his latest movie Mysterious Case of Benjamin Button.

Jolie-Pitt to Adopt Another Child

According to Us Magazine, Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt are going through the procedures of adopting another child. They have already filed all the needed paperwork.
This fourth kid will be from Vietnam & it seems he is from the Tam Binh orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City.
Angelina Jolie said recently: "If we’re going to have 10 kids, we’d like to raise them while we’re young."
While Brad Pitt once joked about wanting to have a family the size of a football team ... I think the two are working to reach that goal!

According to Star Magazine, Angelina Jolie has become too thin, especially after the death of her mother.
It seems lots of people suffer from weight lose after the death of a loved one ... it's some sort of a coping mechanism.
But, Angelina seemed to be a bit too thin for her height even before her mom died ... It was reported last October, that while shooting A Mighty Heart in India, Angelina fainted a couple of times because she wasn't eating!
But Angelina is a big girl & she knows what's best for her ... i don't think she's going to go to the extent of not eating or getting sick like the young gals of Hollywood! She knows what's bad for her health & what's good ... Just leave her alone & she'll be fine!

Marcheline Bertrand Dies at 56

You must have heard the name Marcheline Bertrand a few times before ... she's not only a former actress & model, but she's also Angelina Jolie's mom.
Bertrand died yesterday Sunday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Angelina Jolie released a statement yesterday.
Bertrand was battling cancer for a couple of years now, & it seems was loosing the battle. Angelina Jolie was very close to her mom, she visited her continuously & even took the kids, Maddox & Zahara to see her a couple of times.

Although Brad Pitt was in New Orleans this week preparing for moving into the new house he & Angelina Jolie had bought, Angelina wasn't there to help him! She was in Vietnam & she wasn't there for the purpose of adopting another child.
Jolie traveled to Vietnam to attend a meeting on behalf of her charity aiding Cambodia, the Maddox Jolie-Pitt Project. Her trip was short & she quickly was back home.
Now Angelina & Brad are together in New Orleans & are in the process of moving into their new $3.5 million house with their kids.

Last night was the premiere of The Good Shepherd in New York at the famous Ziegfeld Theatre.
The movie is Angelina Jolie's latest movie & Robert De Niro's second directorial effort after the successful A Bronx Tale in 1993.
Angelina Jolie arrived to the red carpet in a stunning black dress with Brad Pitt.
I just love how the dress's back is low & shows Angie's tattoos!
Fresh reviews of the movie show that the espionage drama is interesting & the story is fascinating, but the length might be a factor for some really boring moments.
Yet the movie's got some really big names in it, other than Jolie & De Niro, there are Matt Damon, William Hurt & Alec Baldwin ... that's just to name a few.

Officials in Cambodia announced today morning that Angelina Jolie has made an unannounced visit to the town of Pailin, a former Khmer Rouge stronghold in northwestern Cambodia.
Jolie seems to have arrived with a group of people in two helicopters.
An official said: "They came very briefly before flying out. They seemed not to have much time for us."
