Russell Crowe is one hell of an actor ... i love all his movies, there's not one movie which he was in, that was crappy!
Well, the Aussie hottie is in the December issue of Esquire magazine ... talking about a load of stuff, like his latest role in the great movie American Gangster. This is his third movie with director Ridley Scott.
Russell says he should have worked more with Scott, he tells Esquire: " ... Probably i should have done more work with Ridley straight after Gladiator because we knew then that we enjoyed the way each other worked".
Turns out that Russell is currently working with Scott on a new movie about Al-Qaeda. He says: "Yeah! I'm off to Morocco. The story's really about the weeping soul that is American international politics. It's a very short shoot for me, probably about five weeks, which is perfect".
Esquire asks Russell about the money! ... If he'd ever done a movie solely for the money, he answers: "Never ... You've got to have a higher level of motivation than money to get up at 4 am day in, day out over a number of months. Money doesn't do it for me". Hollywood needs more actors like this dude!

It has been reported that Brad Pitt got angry with Angelina Jolie because she decided to appear in an episode of her ex husband, Johnny Lee Miller’s new series "Eli Stone".
National Enquirer published a whole story about this, they claim that Brad blew up in her face when she casually mentioned that she was going to guest appear on the show! So, Angelina changed her mind and canceled the appearance!
They also go as far as claiming that this incident has caused a rift between the super-couple!
To me, this sound like a silly rumor! I don't think that such things would cause a huge problem between this strong couple!
Just leave them alone! They probably discuss their plans together and if one decides on something, the other would support and cheer ... They don't seem like the crazy jealous type either!
So, just let it go ... this is a hot air balloon that won't go up much high!

Although this year wasn't such a great one for Hollywood ... the movies weren't as big as they should have been and many turned out to be flops, there were some that really deserve a big hand.
But ... it's expected that next year 2008, will have the best and biggest movies since a couple of years!

- Sweeney Todd .... who hasn't already heard of this Johnny Depp movie?!
It's a dark tale about Sweeney Todd, who sets up a barber shop in London and begins a sinister partnership with his fellow tenant, Mrs. Lovett. The movie stars Johnny Depp and none other than Helena Bonham Carter and Sacha Baron Cohen!

Katie Holmes was by Tom Cruise's side yesterday at the Bambi Awards in Duesseldorf.
Tom Cruise was awarded a golden Bambi for his willingness to take risks in his films, including his latest one, Valkyrie, which is about the failed Operation Valkyrie to assassinate Adolf Hitler.
Now, Katie didn't win any award ... but she sure should win best hair do award!
Katie sported a new hair do, which is absolutely stunning! Maybe i should go and get the same do! Hmm!
The new do makes Katie look even younger than she is and makes her face look a bit fuller!
Although Tom won the award, but it was Katie who rocked the Bambi 2007 red carpet!

Knight Rider was a fantabulous TV series back in the early 80's ... David Hasselhoff was a major hottie then!
I guess with series like Lost, Prison Break, Veronica Mars and others ... Michael Knight doesn't have chance!
But, none-the-less, NBC wants to give it a try and is currently working on a two-hour movie (some sorta pilot) for a possible remake of the TV series. The question remains, Will it work?
The sequel revolves around Mike Tracer, the son of Michael Knight ... and his talking car, the new generation KITT!
David Hasshelhoff will reprise his role for the movie, but it's not clear whether he'll be in the remake or not ... that's if there's a remake! If the movie proves to be a flop, then there won't be any Knight Rider remake.
The latest names to join the cast of the movie are actress Sydney Poitier, the daughter of Sir Sidney Poitier, Bruce Davison, Wayne Kasserman and Greg Ellis.

Paris Hilton has been going out with Swedish model, Alex Vaggo, for some time now ... lots of tabloids and celebrity blogs have been calling him 'Paris' Boy toy', but it seems things have become sorta serious between them.
Last night, Paris and Alex arrived together to family dinner at Madeos in Beverly Hills.
Alex thus met Paris' dad, mom and her younger brother, Barron.
After dinner, Paris and Alex headed to the Roosevelt hotel.
Let's see, this dude is a lot different from Paris' past boyfriends ... his bank account is very humble when compared to that of Stavros Niarchos for example! He works in a pizza place and is still working his way up the fashion business ladder!

It's Deja Vu for OJ Simpson and the people who are following his news! He's back in court and has pleaded Not Guilty to the charges against him!
In the case of the suspicion of kidnapping and armed robbery of two sports memorabilia dealers back in September in Las Vegas, OJ and two other men entered not guilty pleas, and the judge set the trial for all three men on April 7th ... if things go against them, they could face life behind bars!
That doesn't seem to bother OJ, before court convened, he appeared relaxed and cheerful and was at ease while chatting with a few friends.
I don't like the guy! I think his heart is like stone and he can act real well! Maybe this time, the jury will find him guilty and he pays for a bit of what he'd done in the past!!!

It seems the 4-0 is catching up to Pamela Anderson! Rumor has it, she's thinking of retirement!
Pammy's life now revolves around her kids, her new hubby and her Vegas show ... No more TV and movies for the Baywatch babe!
Pam told USA Today that she's thinking of retiring in about 5 years from now. She said: "I get offers to do movies and TV all the time. I say no to everything. Drives my agent crazy. But I'm lazy. I don't want to work. I want to be with my kids. So I just fly in from L.A., do a few days of shows and go back home."
Well, in about a week time, the curtain will fall on her magic show with Hans Klok and she's going back home to Malibu to continue her motherly duties!
But Pammy also reveals that she wants to go back to her home ... in Canada! She says: "Five more years and I'll go back to Canada. I've got some land. It'll be time."
UH? Pamela retiring at age 45 ... i don't see that! She's still got it in her somewhere! ... But come to think of it again ... what will she do? She wasn't such a great movie actress, and Baywatch was about it! Another show? ... Maybe not! Ya! Five years from now is a goos time.
