Jenny McCarthy may be 40 years old but she sure is still sizzling hot! Do you want evidence? Just take a look at the January/February issue of Shape magazine. In it she proudly shows off her super toned abs! It’s something that even a woman in her 20’s would envy!
The cover shows her holding up her green top and revealing her sexy-looking tummy. Her thighs are on show as well since she’s only wearing a pair of green undies. Jenny’s obviously confident and happy with her body; her megawatt smile says it all!
But aside from posing, the former Playboy Bunny also shares some of her secrets to having a fabulous body! According to her, if she wants to lose weight rapidly she turns to her “soup diet.” She takes them for every meal for about 10 days. Sticking to soup for 10 days takes a lot of discipline but there are times when she cheats from her soup diet. She usually cheats with Chinese food and pizza!
Anyway, if the soup diet doesn’t remove all the extra weight she still has a backup plan, work out. Her personal trainer Mark Harari helps her shed them by working out three times a week.
