Times Online UK conducted a survey on who are the most influential personalities under 30 years in the United Kingdom. The people included in the New Power 30 list come from different fields or industries – entertainment, fashion, arts, business, media, politics, and sports.

What are the criteria considered for coming up with the list? They considered Google hits, Twitter influence, Wikipedia references, digital columns, campaigns, endorsements, friends in high places, and paparazzi presence.

2. Lily Allen – Singer, 24
3. Keira Knightley – Actor, 24
4. Emma Watson – Actor 19
5. Robert Pattinson – Actor, 23
The runners-up in this category are Dizzee Rascal, 24 and Cheryl Cole, 26.

6. Agyness Deyn – Model, 26
7. Daisy Lowe – Model, 20
8. Lily Cole – Model/Actress, 21
9. Christopher Kane – Designer, 27
10. Gareth Pugh – Designer, 28
Lizzy Jagger, Model, 25 is the only runner-up in this category.
