Although celebrities have always been in the limelight, some of them still never fail to surprise us! Just like Kara DioGuardi. Recently, Paula Abdul mentioned that Kara once raided her fridge! She didn’t do it intentionally, though! Sometimes she just can't help getting up in the night and munching!

Paula discovered this because she and Kara were housemates after Paula discovered her. Kara admitted that she had an eating disorder when she was younger and had to ask for professional help for it. And according to scientists this has a link to nocturnal eating syndrome, somnambulism, and even amnesia!

When Kara co-hosted The View on October 15, she had no problem saying her views on some very important things that has been bugging some people’s minds. Even though her friend and mentor Paula Abdul is no longer on American Idol, Kara says that they remain firm friends and that she can never replace her on AI. And she’s also excited about working with Ellen Degeneres, who’s replacing Paula, on the show.

Kara DioGuardi seems like a really nice woman. But I really find her Sleep Eating Disorder quite endearing! It’s just one of the vulnerabilities that makes big celebrities more human.
