Last night was Taylor Swift's night at the 2009 VMA Awards.
The 19-year-old country singer won an award for Best Female Video for her song 'You Belong With Me'.
Taylor was genuinely shocked when she was named the winner while being a nominee with Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson and the one and only Beyonce!
Imagine, beating Beyonce!
Taylor went up on stage to accept her award and thank her fans in a short speech.
But no, she cannot finish her speech, she cannot be happy, she shouldn't bask in the moment! Mr. Kanye West has to ruin the moment for her ... and ruin it is an understatement!

As she spoke, Kanye got up on stage, took away her mic and said: "Yo, Taylor, I’m really happy for you, I’ll let you finish, but Beyoncé has one of the best videos of all time. One of the best videos of all time!"
The look on Taylor Swift's face made my eye's tear up!
Why take such an important moment away from the kid?
Even Beyonce was shocked! Kanye West, not only embarrassed himself, but he embarrassed Taylor and Beyonce!
