Madonna has always stuck by the saying 'the show must go on' even though she’s not feeling one hundred percent up to it. She pushed forward with her last two concerts in Israel even though her doctors had advised her to cancel and rest after the fainting spells during her Sticky and Sweet concert in Sofia, Bulgaria. 50-year-old Madonna almost fell, if a backup dancer had not caught her while she was performing Holiday.

Madonna walked off the stage during the song Spanish Lesson because she felt dizzy again. It had been reported: "Madonna was really worried backstage. She had to sit down for a longer break than usual between songs. She refused to end the show after the Holiday dizzy spell. It turns out she is suffering from exhaustion and is anemic."

I don’t know whether to admire her for her dedication to her work or consider her foolish for continuing with her shows after falling ill on stage. I think she simply should rest before anything worse happens. Those dizzy spells are her body’s ways of telling her that enough is enough!
