A deal has been struck and it all comes down to the kids' benefit; Michael Jackson's mom, Katherine, will get full custody of Prince, Paris and Blanket.

The lawyers of both Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe, have reached a deal that includes Katherine getting full custody of the kids and Debbie Rowe getting visitation rights with her kids (not including Blanket) based on a schedule worked out with a child psychologist.
Rowe will also continue to receive spousal support from her marriage to Michael Jackson.

Katherine Jackson may be 79, but according to her son Tito, she's young spirited and young at heart. She loves being surrounded by family, especially kids.

Michael Jackson's oldest sister, Rebbie, will also play an important part in raising the kids.
