Mischa Barton seems to be in the clear for the moment!
She's been discharged from hospital and will be going back to work!

Mischa checked out of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, after being under psychiatric hold since July 15th.
It seems Mischa was going through 'a rough patch', as one of her friends said, but is on the way to recovery and is feeling better.
She's now ready and set to work on the new CW series 'A Beautiful Life'.
In the series, Mischa plays a pill-popping model! Hmm ...
