It's about time! Chris Brown finally released a video apologizing about his unacceptable behavior and assault of Rihanna back in February.
TMZ got their hands on it first!
In the video, Chris apologized for beating up Riri and promised to control his rage and vowed such an incident will never occur again.
Chris video includes the following statements:
- "I am very sad and very ashamed of what I've done. My mother and my spiritual teachers have taught me way better than that."
- "I have told Rihanna countless times, and I'm telling you today, that I am truly, truly sorry that I wasn't able to handle the situation differently and better."
- "As many of you know, I grew up in a home where there was domestic violence, and I saw first-hand what uncontrolled rage could do. I have sought and I am continuing to seek help to ensure that what occurred in February can never happen again."
- "What I did was unacceptable, 100 percent. I can only ask and pray that you forgive me, please."
So, is this a genuine apology? Does Chris really mean it?
Or is this just in hopes of saving face with his fans and because he cares about his career?
Do you think that a person who has laid a hand on a woman once, would do it again and changing is kinda difficult?
Personally, I don't believe he can change! If he did it once, he'll do it again.
Apology NOT accepted!
This incident is going to haunt Chris Brown for the rest of his career.
