The final nominees of the upcoming 2009 CMT Music Awards have been announced and my favorite country crooner, Trace Adkins, scored himself two nods!

Trace Adkins is up for two trophies, Video of the year for his music video of 'You're Gonna Miss This' and Male video of the year for the same song.

Trace is up against strong contenders in the first category; Sugarland, Kid Rock, Rascal Flatts, Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood, Toby Keith, Taylor Swift, Lady Antebellum and Brad Paisley.
In the second category, Trace is up against Toby Keith, Keith Urban and Brad Paisley!
Trace and Brad are sure butting heads a lot!

I was bummed that Trace didn't win a Grammy, but I've got my fingers crossed for him and I really really hope he wins! He deserves to win! Who's with me on that?!

What am I still doing here?!! I'll finish this up and jump over to the CMT website and start casting my vote!
I sure want Trace Adkins to beat Brad Paisley to those trophies!
