Grey's Anatomy's own Dr. Meredith Grey is going to become a mommy! In real life!
Ellen Pompeo is expecting her first baby with hubby Chris Ivery.
Ellen and Chris got married in 2007 and are going to start a family together now.
They're ecstatic and on cloud No. 9 with the happy news, according to her rep.
Ellen was spotted shopping for baby gear in Los Angeles recently.
Oh! Does this mean the pregnancy will be written into the show as well?

I LOVE HER! Grey's Anatomy is amazing (although this year is a bit disappointing). I wonder how they'll fit her growing baby bump into the show?
