Madonna escaped a fate like that of Superman's main man Christopher Reeve!
She was thrown off the back of a horse on Saturday!

Madonna fell off her horse yesterday as she enjoyed horseback riding in New York's Hamptons.
The horse seems to have gotten startled by the flashing cameras of the paparazzi and threw her off his back. Luckily, she only suffered minor injuries and a few scratches.
she got immediately hospitalized but was released shortly after and is feeling fine.

This isn't the first time Madonna has a horse accident, a few years back she also fell off the back of a horse but suffered some cracked ribs and broken collarbone and hand!
