To arrest or not to arrest, that is the question. This time it’s NOT for Lindsay Lohan. The world was shocked again after news about an arrest warrant being issued for Lindsay Lohan came out. Last Saturday Judge Marsha Revel issued the warrant for LiLo because of the actress’ failure to comply with the terms of her probation for the 2007 drunken driving conviction. Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, immediately met with the judge to straighten out everything. So, on Monday Judge Revel herself put a stop to the arrest.

It turns out the whole thing was just a misunderstanding. Some reports said that she missed some of her treatment classes. However, that is not so according to her lawyer. During the hearing that happened on Monday, he presented evidence that she’s sticking to her rehabilitation program. The confusion only happened because LiLo changed the rehab facility she had been attending in favor of another.

LiLo is not through yet with her probation, so hopefully she sticks to its terms and just stay out of trouble for a change. Do you think she can manage to do that?
