What will the assault case against Chris Brown be considered?
Will he be charged for a misdemeanor and just get a black spot on his record?
Or will he be charged with a felony and get sentenced to jail?

No....If her was white he would not get in any trouble at all. His fancy pr team would lie about it in the media. He would be performing next week.
I think he deserves it... he hit her and slapped her till she was unconciouse... I mean what kind of man would do such stuff to his girlfriend???
