The red carpet of the 2009 Oscars at the Kodak theater was exploding with celebrities and stars!
It's always exciting to watch the celebrities and nominees arrive and to see what they've chosen to wear for the biggest night in Hollywood!
I was looking forward to seeing Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie arriving ... and the wait was worth while!
The super couple looked dashing together in a bow-tie & tux and a strapless, black gown!
The men that looked very classy were Sir. Ben Kingsley, Robert Downey Jr. and Sir Anthony Hopkins ... while Mickey Rourke looked different in a cream colored suit!
As for the ladies ... well who am i going to mention and who am i going to leave out?
Kate Winslet, Queen Latifah, Diane Lane, Meryl Streep and Natalie Portman were literally breath-taking!
Amy Adams looked radiant in red, but i think i heard a fashion reported say her huge and colorful necklace made her look like a Christmas tree! Ouch!
Sarah Jessica Parker looked like a princess in an off-white Dior Haute Couture gown!
The red carpet is just as exciting as the actual award ceremony!

It was Brad's first time at the Kodak probably because the Oscars have only recently switched to there. They used to be held at the Academy (of Motion Picture Sciences).
