Trace Adkins Should Have Won a Grammy!

I was on my toes last night waiting to know whether Trace Adkins won the Grammy for Best Male Country Vocal Performance or not!
I was very disappointed to find out that he lost the trophy to Brad Paisley!
I don't mean that I don't like Brad Paisley, but i so wanted Trace to win!

Brad Paisley's song 'Letter to Me' is great, but it's not as great as Trace's 'You're Gonna Miss This'!
So, i thought i should let my opinion out in the open.
Jumping up and down like a little kid and stomping my feet!
Trace should have won the Grammy!!!

   I am jumping up and down with you. Trace has been overlooked for more than several awards in 2008 and 2009. It is a shame that an artist such as he is, who personifies Country in his music, is overlooked for those "country" artists who are more rock and Las Vegas style performers. To tell the truth, I was so embarrassed watching the Grammys "attire" or lack thereof of the performers and other artists, and the apparent lack of respect for the ceremony itself. Now I know why I prefer Country music.

   I agree with you Glenna on this part '...lack thereof of the performers and other artist...', that thing called lil wayne doesn't deserve to be at the grammys .... !
   happy that most country music singers are respectable (if not all of them!)
