It wasn't a huge bash or crazy drunken people with whom poet/novelist Vanna Bonta rung in the New Year 2009. No, she took a stylish and Mediterranean way into 2009!
Vanna and a few friends and her hubby relaxed at Greek eatery 'Papadakis' in California on Wednesday night and counted the minutes into 2009 with some bubbly and the suave music of the saxophone!

Over stuffed grape leaves, sea bass and Greek wine, Vanna and her entourage enjoyed the Jazz of Richie Cole.

What better way to start a new year than with classy Jazz, poetry and good food?
