She's got a cute face and a great sense of style! One of the best looks she sported this year was on the red carpet of the IMAGEN Awards in LA in a stunning teal Max Azaria dress.
Another cute face is Leighton Meester. If you're not familiar with her, she's one of the many new stars on Gossip Girl! Leighton rocked a Chloe frock to a CW event in New York City.

Miley can sometimes do amazing but other times it can be a miss. I love Selena's style too but it's often just too old for her. She needs more fun in her style being a 16 yr old.
Glad no mention of Tisdale sorry, her everyday style just proves it, girl needs a lot of stylists to even look just decent.
