Architectural Digest is one of my favorite magazines!
I've grown up with piles of AD on the tables at home, because my brother is an Architect and he used to always have a subscription.
I got to know types of homes, what contemporary means, the inside of Hollywood homes and how celebrities homes are designed from the inside.
One of the things i remember is the cinema room in Sharon Stone's house; Zebra cushions and black chairs ... yes.
Well, now the time has come for Brad Pitt, actor/ amature architect, to grace the cover of Architectural Digest and for a worthy reason!

Brad is featured on the cover, standing in front of one of the houses being built in New Orleans by his 'Make It Right' Foundation.
Brad and his foundation have been working on building environment friendly, affordable homes (150 homes) that can be adaptable to survive the unpredictable weather of New Orleans.

There's one very eye-catching thing on the cover, it's not the house in the background, but it's Brad's very deep blue eyes! Now we know where Shiloh gets that deep blue eye color!

I gotta get my hands on the January 2009 AD issue!
