It's not a surprise to us, but it sure is one to Halle!!! She was surprised to hear that she got the title and said: "I don't exactly know what it means, but being 42 and having just had a baby, I think I'll take it."
So, what makes Halle really sexy? Forget the hot body ... she says it's all in the mind!
Halle says: "Sexiness is a state of mind - a comfortable state of being. It's about loving yourself in your most unlovable moments."
Isn't that great advice? It's a bit difficult, but i think I'll take it!

Halle Berry is indeed the sexiest woman alive. I read about how she lost weight after having a baby. I must admit her diet plan doesn't seem bad at all.
Wow she has certainly climbed high but calling her sexiest woman in the world would that be any good I am not sure.
