Iranian actress Golshifteh Farahani starred with Leonardo DiCaprio in his latest movie 'Body of Lies' and for that she has been punished by the Iranian government!
Farahani has been barred from leaving Iran and it was a surprised for her; she planned to travel to Hollywood to discuss a potential new film and that was when the discovered that she isn't allowed to leave the country!
IRNA said Iranian movie stars must obtain permission from the Culture Ministry before appearing in foreign movies.
Well, i guess that's the end of her dream to become a Hollywood star!

Golshifteh farahani didnt do anything wrong or against the islamic values. She is not a big star in iran and there is not much attention on her and the things she does ! She had a role in that movie but dont forget that she acts as a muslim iraqi lady in the movie and ofcourse we can see that she is wearing scarf in it. thats it.
Mr Hormoz, she wrote a letter recently, she's has written:
"It's important to fight not to win, I love Sun, shines for everyone, I love trees, who make shadows for everyon, even who cut them, I love to work and star for my people even some os those doesn't like me, "
we're iranian too, and we know what happend in the past and what is happening now, by islamic regime, anytime the regime feels Golshifteh or anybody would make any issue for them, not only they ban her, they would kill her, this is what happend and is happening every single day in the past 30 years after black islamic revolution, every single day w/out any interrupt, yes every single day by these popolistic regime.
