Pete is going to co-write the movie 'The Hobbit' and has handed the directorial part to the guy who worked on Hellboy and Pan's Labyrinth, Guillermo del Toro.

'The Hobbit' follows the life of a young Bilbo Baggins on his journey to kill a dragon accompanied by the white wizard Gandalf. Cool!
Jackson is also going to be the executive producer of 'The Hobbit'.
