Vanessa Hudgens has a big problem; she's been sued for a whopping $5 million!
Vanessa and her dad have been sued by a music producer that claims they violated a contract with him and failed to pay him his share of her earnings!
The contract between Hudgens and this producer states that he gets equal share in advances, royalties and merchandising from Hudgens' career. It seems he got ZIP!
According to the music producer, an audit turned up at least two instances where he is owed money, and that Vanessa has refused to pay him.
So, what happened? It seems Hudgens and her father, Greg, sued to get out of the agreement with the producer and have also failed to abide by settlement terms.
What's that going to do for Vanessa? Is she gonna have to cough up the money? That's a lot of money!
