The latest reports in the Shia LeBeouf car accident point out that he wasn't to blame for the crash and that it wasn't his fault. How, you may ask ... Well, it turns out that the car he collided into was going may have been traveling more than 50 miles per hour and the driver may not have been looking forward at the time of the accident. So basically, the driver collided into Shia and not visa versa!
Never the less, Shia still faces a misdemeanor DUI charge because when the police came to the crash scene he was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication.
As for his injuries, he sustained a very serious hand injury. It's actually crushed! This means that he won't be able to go back to work until his doctors give him clearance!
Why do those young stars do this to themselves?! I just don't get it!
