Yesterday, all those involved in Britney's conservatorship were at court and the judge extended the conservatorship until the end of the year.
The conservatorship was supposed to end in July, but the extension was at the request and suggestion of Britney's doctors. They've indicated she's made great improvement, but it's a work in progress. Jamie Spears doesn't want the conservatorship to last a day longer than the doctors recommend.
This way, in the coming few months, they can loosen the grip on Britney and ween her so that she'll be able to take control and manage her life later.
