Katie Holmes has never been seen in anything less than chic in the past two years.
She's always dressed right for the occasion and usually has on some stunning dress that a head turner.
The other night at an event (maybe something about Scientology) she was spotted looking under-dressed! Not that there's anything wrong with being under-dressed, but in this case, she looked shabby!
It's not a horrible fashion disaster, but it ain't so cool either!
Katie has on a black top with a grey granny jacket on it, she paired those up with baggy jeans, maybe those of Tom's! to top it off, she wore grey socks and a high heel gladiator sandal! And that's where the faux pas happens!
What's the deal with that?

This is her way of being the first to be seen in the 80's retro look.
If she wanted to be casual, she would have worn her hundred other pairs of normal boot cut jeans. She wanted more media attention.
