We know that there's something going on between Hayden Panettiere and co-star Milo Ventimiglia, but it seems this 'something' is about to get more serious!
According to InTouchWeekly, Milo is planning to propose to Hayden and has already went on an engagement ring hunt!
the report goes on to say that Milo is eying Cartier and is willing to splurge $200.000 on a ring!
