Kate Moss has been suffering from stress lately and she confided in her friend , Top Shop owner Sir Phillip Green that she's not feeling very well.
Sir Phillip, being the generous man he is, has gifted her with an all expenses paid trip to Marbella! I wish i had a billionaire friend who could pick me up from all the stress I'm suffering right now and send me to Fiji!
Although she wanted to hide from the cameras of the paparazzi, she got spotted in her bikini enjoying a Mojito on board a private yacht on the shores of Marbella.
