Well, Angelina Jolie's obstetrician assured the press at a news conference in the South of France just a while ago that all is well.
Dr. Sussmann said: "Everything is normal, She is very well, and she's okay. ... Brad and Angelina want everyone to know that everything is going well. The babies will arrive in the weeks to come. She will stay in the hospital until the birth. I will stay with her." Yepee!

Baby Daddy Brad Pitt and the kids also made a slight appearance as well!
Brad was spotted carrying his daughters, Shiloh and Zahara into the hospital.
They wanted to see mommy i guess!
