I think it was only a few days after Anne Hathaway broke up with her Italian boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, when this guy got arrested because of mishandling investor’s money. Authorities found great evidence that he had depleted around $6 million! Money that was not his to spend! After the arrest many are speculating who may have helped the FBI get the testimony that they needed. Fingers are pointing now to former girlfriend Anne Hathaway. A friend of Follieri’s especially names Hathaway saying that in exchange for her help the FBI will not make the arrest "until she was out of the country".

So, now Follieri is in jail unless he can bail himself for $21 million. When he gets tried in court and is found guilty he’ll be facing 20 years imprisonment. Ouch!
