Is it only me who is not well-informed about Jodie Foster’s private life?
I really didn’t know that she had a partner before I read the news that she and her long-time partner, film producer, Cydney Bernard have split up. It seems these two have been partners for almost 14 years. Jodie has never openly revealed her true relationship with Cydney until last year, on a particular awards ceremony where she paid tribute, “I would like to thank my beautiful Cydney who sticks with me through all the rotten and the bliss."

14 years is a long time of being together. It’s a shame if they have split up. Throughout these period, both Jodie and Cydney played parents to Jodie’s two kids, Kit and Charles. Until now Jodie has not spoken up to confirm this sad news.
Splits are one of the flavors of Hollywood. It’s already hard to count how many Hollywood couples have called it quits. If Jodie’s and Cydney is true, then their relationship is just one of the many pushed down the drain.

Well, i don't mean to be rude or anything, i'd just like to say that these Hollywood break-ups are just stupid, but at the same time they're completely normal. I mean, people in normal life, and by normal i mean life without fame date and then usually break up. But when the whole word knows about these couples you tend to get sad if they slit up. I just think we shouldn't say anything about Jodie's relationship with Cydney cause it's not of our business you know

I'm sorry if i'm taking it too serious but Jodie is so smart and it's a shame is she actually did break up with her girlfriend but we shouldn't be saying anything because we don't know if that's true in the first place. What we do know is that Jodie is not just another dumb actress, she's proved herself to be smart and tallented, and she always makes good choices. Anyway, that's just my opinion.
