Ever since i can remember, I've been a huge Shania Twain fan. I love her, her style, her music and everything about her! She's the greatest!
Well, since the split bug is invading famous couples, Shania is the latest to catch the bug!
She and her husband of 14 years have split up.
Her rep confirmed the news to PEOPLE, he said in a statement:
"Shania Twain and her husband, music producer Robert 'Mutt' Lange, are separating after 14 years of marriage. This is a private matter and there will be no further comment at this time."
It's no secret (Shania herself revealed this) that the couple is quite in their characters, but they've been basing their marriage on friendship and compatibility ... seems those to ingredients have expired for them!

If i could take a guess, things went down hills for the couple because of Shania's fame.
Shania suffered and struggled a lot because of her fame, she said in numerous interviews.
Back in 2000, she hid from the public life and retreated to Tour-de-Peilz in Switzerland, she said: "I needed a break, physically and mentally. I needed to leave behind the whole 'Shania' thing and be myself."
Then last year, she told Redbook magazine: "I struggled a lot internally with my fame, and coping with it has been very difficult."
