Britney Spears spent some good 3 hours with her kids Wednesday morning. This is Britney’s third visit with SPF and JJ.
Those last three visits have been supervised by Brit’s dad, Jamie and her psychiatrist Lee Sadja.
According to PEOPLE, Brit’s visit with her kids is full of affection, hugs and kisses.
After this visit, Brit headed to Starbucks for her daily coffee dose, and had to deal with the paparazzi frenzy after the calm and quiet of her home!

I hope things get better for those two kids ... it's not so great being away from your mom.
