His lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has taken advantage of the situation ans is going to use it to try and strip Britney from her visitation rights!
Things look bad for Britney at this point and from the looks of it, there might not be much of an argument and it's almost certain the Commissioner will see Kaplan's point!
Brit is till in Cedar-Sinai and is under "medical hold" ...
