Mischa Barton has been a bad girl! She got arrested early this morning in West Hollywood!
She hasn't learned from the mistakes of her friends Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie ... she had to go and drive without a valid license ... not only that, but she was under the influence and had prescription medication without a prescription! Silly girl! Imagine, she was so screwed that she was weaving between lanes!
It seems she's still being held in custody ... because there's no news of her release.
Bail was set at $10,000.
I wonder, did she not have a Merry Christmas? ...
