So, we know who the smartest 50 people in Hollywood are ... but, who are the dumbest people there?
Dumbest doesn't mean low IQ (although some of the people on the list are sure to have a very low IQ)... but it means poor life choices, fashion disasters and under the influence incidents!
The celebrity that tops the list is ... Lindsay Lohan! She's made very bad movie choices and has got worst life choices! Alcohol, a bit of drugs, a few car accidents and a couple of mugshots!
The four celebs that follow Lilo are Kim Kardashian, Spencer Pratt, Jeff Kwatinetz (he's the dude that gave the ok for Britney Spears' disastrous MTV Video Music Awards performance) and Shia LaBeouf.

Kiefer Sutherland may have made a few mistakes in his life but at least, unlike the rest of Hollywood, he punished himself for what he did. This latest DUI arrest is just proof of it! He doesn't care how much time he serves behind bars. Just as long as it can be set between the days of shooting of 24 so others wouldn't suffer because of his mistake! So what if the writer's strike is on. I don't care. Kiefer's a hero. Leave him the hell alone!
