With her health deteriorating and with Christmas coming up and her hubby behind bars, (i have to say, her mom revealed her joy that Blake is in jail!), Amy Winehouse has decided to cancel the rest of her 2007 concert dates. Under doctor's orders, she was advised to take a break.
Although her fans might be angry now, but maybe this is for the best ...
I mean, Amy needs more than a rest, she needs serious medical help! Rehab shouldn't be a bad idea if she wants to save her self and her career! No?
Amy issued a statement saying: "I can't give it my all onstage without my Blake. I'm so sorry but I don't want to do the shows half-heartedly; I love singing. My husband is everything to me and without him it's just not the same."
It's true, her last few performances were described by many, even her fans, as shaky and 'shambolic'!
I think it's really irresponsible and sad if she really means what she says in her song 'Rehab' ... They tried to make me go to rehab - I said no, no, no.
