Britney Spears' album 'blackout' hit stores at midnight last night ... although nearly everyone in the world who has access to the internet has already heard most of the songs in this comeback album ... but we still celebrated this much awaited release ... NOT!
But Britney was more than ready for partying last night! She was spotted out with her friends and cousin Ali Sims at Winston's.
Britney sported a brown weave, sunglasses, a black mini-dress and fishnet stickings. Ya, nothing new except the weave!
I didn't like the songs much, definitely not 'comeback' material!

Yeah I've gotta say... the girls a mess... but the album is on FIRE!! I was actually pretty surprised myself by it. There were a few songs i was "huh"? about at first, but once i listened to them the whole way through, i LOVED IT!!!
I mean all 4 of her previous albums were bashed by critics, however, still faired well... i hope she's at leaset able to make a musical comeback!!
She has that signature "britney" sound... and her fans are going to LOVE IT!
It's possible that your opinion of her album has been somewhat altered by the bad publicity. It even made me wonder a bit, but I'm not one to easily cave in. I listen and go with what I think the truth it. To be honest I think the album sounds fantastic. After hearing bits and pieces of it I wanted it for my CD collection as it's all around a well put together piece. Also many critics are giving it good reviews. Sure there are some who say it's not good, but I think their minds are closed. As Robin above me just noted, Britney has a signature sound. Producers look for this in an artist rather than to have someone that sounds just like a long string of others. Over all, I'm pleased with my new CD and am enjoying it right now.
