Hilary Duff was showing off her moves and physique at the MTV Latin America Awards in Mexico City recently. She showed up in a skimpy, tight fit green dress and performed for about an hour for an audience of 10,000 people. Hilary sang and danced in ways that lead to every male member of the audience leaving with a smile on their faces. It seems this 20 year old girl who we once knew as the innocent ‘Lizzie McGuire’ is actually growing up to be a hot babe!

However, a lot of those who watched the Awards ceremony commented that it seemed she was trying to imitate Shakira! I don’t understand why she would do that though seeing as which Hilary has quite a strong fan base. Hilary has been going through a bit of a rough spot though after her last album ‘Dignity’ was criticized heavily and some critics even wrote that she return to acting and stop making songs that hurt the listeners ears. Ouch! Regardless of whom she was or wasn’t imitating Hilary looked good, sang well and pleased her audience.
