Lost star Michelle Rodriguez has gotten herself into real trouble with the law and now she has to pay for it big time!
Rodriguez is no stranger to the slammer and now she's gotten herself a six month sentence after she broke a few laws!
She was on probation in a previous DUI case, when she failed to provide proof of completion of her community service ... she also drank alcohol 3 times while wearing an monitoring ankle device!
The judge in her case has ordered her to report to a Los Angeles County jail by December 24th to start her sentence, she wont be given early release although there's overcrowding at the jail!
That doesn't stop there, she also has to complete 30 days of road clean-up duty. Ouch!

Rodriguez has a file full of this stuff ... here's a brief summery:
In June 2004, Rodriguez had been placed on three years' probation after pleading no contest to DUI and driving with a suspended license from two separate incidents in the Hollywood area in 2003.
Then in May 2006, she served only four hours and 20 minutes of a two-month sentence at the Lynwood, California, jail for violating probation, stemming from a DUI arrest in Hawaii in December 2005.
In that same case, she served just over two days in a Honolulu jail.
