Britney Spears might be on the brink of losing the custody of her kids totally ... visitation rights also! But, it seems she's sobering up and is trying to get back on track to be able to get her kids back from ex hubby K-Fed.
PEOPLE and TMZ are both reporting that Britney has undergone more than one random drug test and has passed them.
Her lawyer said: "She's passed her random drug tests. There's been more than one. They came up negative."
Basically, this means that Brit might be able to regain 50/50 custody of her two boys.
Glad to hear that she's trying at least!
Until the court hearing on October 26th, Brit must comply to a bunch of court orders.
It has been reported that Brit has also been working with her court-mandated parenting coach.
Great! I hope things will turn to the better for Britney and her kids after all.

I do not believe that
Britney has a drug problem. She may have an alcohol problem but her body guard claimed he only saw Britney drink a drink twice in front of her kids. Many people have a drink in front of their kids. The going out regularly is part of her job to promote her records and name.
Passing a random drug test is not so easy because the cleansers used to clean up for a test only work for a small time period.
The judge should now take a hair analysis (take hair from groin area) from K-Fed and we will see a long term history of drug use. Remember Britney shaved her head because Kevin told her that his pot smoking while she is in the room will show up for 30 days in her drug test.
Now maybe she smokes pot too. But she is not a cocaine or meth or speed user because if she was addicted to these type drugs, she would be thin now. She is not anywhere near her pre baby weight.
K-Fed has been slandering Britneys' name (so has the body guard she fired after 2 months) and K-Fed should now be drug tested and full custody given to Britney. He can have supervised visits when clean of drugs. 40K per month buys a lot of drugs!!
