Today is an important day for Britney Spears; she's in court as her custody battle with ex-hubby K-Fed kicks off.

Britney is aiming at 70% of custody ... but will that happen?
On the other hand, K-Fed's lawyer is reportedly bringing a secret witness to court & this could blow any chance that Britney has with the kids! He's also seeking 70% of custody.
But, rumor has it that Britney has a plan up her sleeve; offering a multi-million dollar deal to K-Fed in an attempt to secure joint custody of SPF & JJ!

Britney is reportedly scared to death, because she knows deep in her heart that there's a huge chance she could lose.

Things don't look sunny in the horizon for Brit Brit! She's really having a bad month!
But, i really hope things turn for the better, for the benifit of those two little kids ... poor things!
