One guess might be that it's a word in Khmer, or Khmer numbers! I'm not really sure! But i think i read somewhere that it's Angelina Jolie's birthday! It reads 4/6/1975 ... Does that make sense?

Many countries (including Cambodia)in the east asia region record dates with the day followed by month then year. Since it is in the Khmer language, it would not be wrong to have it done in this sequence. Brad probably just told them to tatoo a date being the 4th day in the 6th month of the year 1975. Whatever the outcome... its the intention that counts...
Personally, I don't care what they tattoo all over themselves as long as they don't start piercing their bodies & lips and eyebrows, and heaven forbid the nose, where it looks like they have a booger.
They make a statement at the time, but my dad told me long ago not to mark up my body with stuff that is permanent. I am older than dirt now, and no ink in my wrinkles. Guys, it looks awful when your skin stretches..especially on WOMEN!
