It's going to be a Showdown between Kanye West & 50 Cent starting yesterday!
Both Hip Hop stars released their new albums yesterday; West's entitled "Graduation" & 50 Cent's entitled "Curtis".
Why is it a Showdown? Because a couple of weeks ago, 50 Cent said that if Kanye outsold him, he’d retire !!!
But, although West's album is supposed to appeal to a wider range of listeners around the world, because it's a new step into a mix of genres, the new album seems to be all about him! He's so big & 'full of himself' that it seems like he's going to trip over his own ego!!!

On the other hand, not much could be said about "Curtis" ... it's the same of the usual 50 Cent stuff we're used to!
Hmmm ... who will outsell the other? Which album will you buy?
Well, the initial sales numbers are in ... it seems West's album is expected to make the bigger 'Ka-Ching'! But it's undeniable, that 50 Cent is whoppingly popular ... He also come off as the nicer guy inspite of his gangster lyrics & nasty clips!
So what will happen?
I think 50 cent and Kanye are both good rappers they are different in their on way I don't think 50 cent should quiet over something i this SEE YA!
I hope kanye blows 50 out of the water in the first week of record sales. I just want to see how 50 eats his own words, I can't see him not dropping another solo album...
In my opinion Kanye is the one to win and hopefully 50 will be a man of his word and retire. He gives rappers and all hip-hop industry a bad image as if everyone was a gangster and gets shot
I wish 50 cent destroys Kanye west. Most of Kanye west songs suck like shit espicially stronger.
Thats y Kanye copied someone else beat and lyrics to be succesful he cant do it in is own way ...by the way he used 50 cents lyrics on one of is songs ..what is up with that
some people just want to listen to the same thing everytime. musicians realize doing that makes you stale. 50 cent is not a musician if everyone is saying it sounds the same
