Although she's not sure who exactly is responsible, Paris Hilton is suing 'Hallmark' for using her name, face & famous phrase 'That's Hot!' on a new card they've made!
The card's outside shows Paris using the phrase 'That's Hot!' above the title Paris's first day as a waitress! While the inside has Paris pictured behind bars, holding a chihuahua!

Hallmark should have known better than to use Paris on their card! If they'd just made a deal with Paris, they could have used her name or face without any problem ... but they didn't! Thus, Paris is suing them for at least $400,000, with actual damages to be determined in court.
Will they settle out of court? I think they will, 'cause Paris's got a good chance at winning!
